To Complain on an Employee
When filing a formal complaint against a peace officer, state law (Texas Government Code 614.022) states that the complaint must be in writing and signed by the complainant. To that end, we have created the form below that must be filled out and signed. Once the form is completed and signed, you may return it in person, by mail, or by scanning and uploading it using the form at the bottom of the page.
