The Records Division maintains law enforcement case files and other agency records. Records manages case distribution, records retention and destruction schedules for all agency records and case files. Records also receives and responds to Open Records requests as required by statute.

To request copies of records or make an Open Records request, please download, complete, and return the appropriate form below. Completed and signed forms can be hand delivered, mailed, or scanned and uploaded using the form below.
